Purpose:

To evaluate the performance of the technology (applications + network) as it relates to the users' perceived quality.

• Was there any network degredation?
• Did users' perceive any network degredation? Look at the results.
• If so, how did that impact the teaching and learning?
• Did non-participants perceive any network degredation? Look at the results.
